XBC-IS series diesel engines are equipped with clean water fire pumps. It is one of the energy-saving pump products promoted in my country. The pump has simple structure, reliable performance, small size, light weight, good anti-cavitation performance, low power consumption, and convenient use and maintenance.

  IS and IR pumps have wide versatility. There are 140 specifications in the whole series, but only four shafts are used; the shafts, bearings and shaft seals of the same specification can be interchanged; there are only four suspensions for the full series of pumps. The pump speed is divided into two types: 2900 and 1450 rpm.

 

The performance is as follows:

2900 revolutions per minute 1450 revolutions per minute

Flow rate: 240m3/min 400m3/min

Total head: 125 meters 55 meters

Rotation speed: 3500 rpm (when used in 60 modulated power supply, the impeller diameter is reduced)

Working temperature: 80℃

The allowable suction pipeline pressure is 0.3 MPa, and the working pressure of the pump is 1.6 MPa.

 

 

Scope of application:

IS and IR pumps are horizontal single-stage single-suction clean water centrifugal pumps, which are widely used in industry, agriculture, urban, drainage, and fire-fighting water supply. For pumping clean water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water without solid particles.
