　　 ISG single-stage pipeline centrifugal pump is designed based on the ingenious combination of general vertical pumps. At the same time, it is suitable for hot water, high temperature and corrosion resistant chemical pumps and oil pumps based on the ALG type according to the use temperature and medium. This series of products have high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and reliable performance.

2. Main purpose

1. 　ISG single-stage pipeline centrifugal pump is used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water cycle pressurization and equipment matching, use temperature T <80 ℃.

3. Features

1. 　The hot water pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It has a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment, such as with a protective cover. It can be used outdoors.

2. 　The impeller is directly installed on the long shaft of the motor. The axial size is short, the structure is compact, and the bearing configuration of the pump and the motor is reasonable, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the operation of the pump, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the pump. Low vibration and low noise.

　　 3.　The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, adopts imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium-sized high temperature resistant mechanical seal and adopts hard alloy material, wear-resistant seal, which can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seal.

　　 4.　The hot water pipeline pump is easy to install and maintain, no need to dismantle the pipeline system. All the rotor parts can be drawn out by removing the nut of the pump joint seat.

　　 5. 　 According to the use requirements, that is, the flow and head needs, the series and parallel operation of pumps can be used.

　　 6.　 The vertical and horizontal installation of the pump can be adopted according to the requirements of the pipeline layout.

Four, working conditions

　　 1.　 suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or pump system high working pressure ≤1.6MPa, that is, suction port pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa, pump static pressure test pressure is ≤2.5MPa, please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be mentioned separately when ordering, so that the flow-through part and the connection part of the pump are made of cast steel during manufacturing.

　　 2.　Environment temperature<40℃, relative humidity<40%.

　　 4.　 The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1 per unit volume, and the particle size is less than 0.2mm.
