QJ type submersible deep well pump
QJ deep well pump is used for farmland irrigation and human and livestock water in plateau and mountainous areas. It can also be used for water supply and drainage in cities, factories, railways, mines, and construction sites.
1. Product introduction
The QJ deep well pump is a water lifting device that is directly connected to a motor and a water pump to submerge and work in the water. It is suitable for pumping groundwater from deep wells, and can also be used for rivers, reservoirs, canals, etc. to water lifting projects: mainly used for farmland irrigation and humans and animals in plateau and mountainous areas Water can also be used for water supply and drainage in cities, factories, railways, mines and construction sites.
2. Product features
1. The motor and water pump are integrated and run in the water, which is safe and reliable.
2. There are no special requirements for well pipes and water-lifting pipes (ie: steel pipe wells, ash tube wells, earth wells, etc. can be used; steel pipes, rubber pipes, plastic pipes, etc. can be used as water-lifting pipes under pressure permitting
3. It is easy to install, use and maintain, and it occupies a small area and does not need to build a pump room.
4. Simple structure, saving raw materials.
Whether the submersible electric pump is used under suitable conditions and properly managed is directly related to its service life.
3. Conditions of use
1. Three-phase AC power supply with rated frequency of 50HZ and rated voltage of 380+5% volts.
2. The inlet of the pump must be below the dynamic water level of 1 meter, but the diving depth must not exceed 70 meters below the static water level, and the bottom of the motor must be at least 1 meter above the bottom of the well.
3. The water temperature is generally not higher than 20OC.
4. Water quality requirements:
(1) The sand content in the water is not more than 0.01% (weight ratio);
(2) PH value is in the range of 6.5~8.5;
(3) The chloride ion content is not more than 400 mg/L
5. The well is required to be upright and smooth in the wall.
Four, structure description
1. QJ deep well pump is composed of four parts: water pump, submersible motor (including cable), water pipe and control switch. The submersible pump is a single-suction multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump: the submersible motor is a closed water-filled wet, vertical three-phase cage asynchronous motor, and the motor and the pump are directly connected through a claw-type or single-tube coupling; it is equipped with three types of different specifications. Core cable; the starting equipment is air switches of different capacity levels and self-coupled pressure reducing starters, the water pipe is made of steel pipes of different diameters, and is connected by flanges, and the high-lift program electric pump is controlled by a gate valve.
2. Each stage of the submersible pump is equipped with a rubber bearing; the impeller is fixed on the pump shaft with a tapered sleeve; the diversion shell is integrated with threads or bolts.
3. The upper part of the high-lift submersible pump is equipped with a check valve to prevent the unit from being damaged due to water drop during shutdown.
4. The upper part of the submersible motor shaft is equipped with a labyrinth sand control device and two reverse-assembled skeleton oil seals to prevent quicksand from entering the motor.
5. The submersible motor adopts water-lubricated bearings, and the lower part is equipped with a rubber pressure regulating film and a pressure regulating spring to form a pressure regulating chamber to adjust pressure changes due to temperature; the motor windings are insulated by polyethylene and nylon sheathed durable consumer goods water magnet wire , The cable connection method is according to the QJ type cable joint process, the joint insulation is removed and the paint layer is scraped off, and the joints are connected separately, welded firmly, and wrapped with raw rubber. Then wrap 2~3 layers of waterproof adhesive tape, and 2~3 layers of waterproof tape on the outer bread or a layer of rubber tape (inside the bicycle) to prevent water seepage.
6. The motor is airtight, using precision stop bolts, and the cable outlet is sealed with rubber gaskets.
7. There is a water injection hole at the top of the motor, a vent hole, and a water discharge hole at the bottom.
8. The lower part of the motor is equipped with upper and lower thrust bearings. There are grooves on the thrust bearings for cooling, and the stainless steel thrust plate is used for grinding, which follows the up and down axial force of the water pump.
